BOOKING CONDITIONS
All rates are on a per room basis with two people sharing and include full English breakfast and VAT. A discount of £30 is given off the full room tariff for single occupancy.

There is a minimum two-night stay requirement at weekends (i.e. Friday & Saturday), over holiday weekends and for most of July and August. Our check-out time is 11.00 and check-in time between 15.00 & 23.00. If you have any particular requirements however please let us know and we will do our best to fit in with them.

Our cancellation policy for individual bookings is set out below, please enquire for the cancellation policy for group bookings (i.e. bookings for 3 or more rooms):-

• If cancelled before 18.00 at least five days before the commencement of the booking then no charge will be made.

• If cancelled later but before18.00 at least three days before the commencement of the booking the room charge for the first 2 nights will be made unless the room can be relet.

• If cancelled after18.00 three days before the commencement of the booking or in the case of a no-show the full room charge for the nights booked will be made unless the room can be relet.
