We were delighted to be awarded an AA Rosette in April 2014 and to join a very select group of restaurants achieving this level; it is an accolade of which we are justifiably proud.So what can you expect when dining at The Coach House Restaurant? That’s probably best explained by quoting from the AA itself who say “These restaurants achieve standards that stand out in their local area. They serve food prepared with care, understanding and skill, using good quality ingredients.”

The Coach House Restaurant is open every evening from 18.00 with the exception of Mondays and Tuesdays. Please note that children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the Coach House Restaurant but are most welcome in the Bistro.

Our Head Chef, Anthony Wilson

Although still a young man Anthony has already had an impressive career starting with a solid grounding on cruise ships to some of Scotland’s leading hotels. His background is classic French but is constantly adapting dishes with new techniques using great local ingredients. We’re not sure that tells you much so you better come along to sample it!
